Mr. Laxmikant Krishnarao Deshpande, A graduate Civil Engineer passed out from MIT , Pune in year 1991; & after having working experience with companies like Shapporji Pallonji, TELCO & Western Paques(I) Ltd.; started his own contracting firm in the name of- PRIYAL CONSTRUCTIONS (Now Utkrusshta Infracon Private Limited) in year 1997.
He is a dynamic leader with a very keen desire to succeed in every aspect of his business. And with the experience of more than 27 years in the construction industry & business exposure of more than 16 years, he is looking forward to take the company to new heights.

Mrs. Priya Laxmikant Deshpande, is arts graduate, a music lover & a disciplined administrator.
She has contributed tremendously for the development of PRIYAL in terms of setting up systems, overall management, and implementation of policies & set up of various departments like Accounts, Finance & Administration.
